Postage & Handling


All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Once your item has been posted, you will be emailed your tracking details and can then track your item using the Australia Post tracking system online. All postage is shipped with tracking for your protection and therefore, we will not be held liable for non delivered parcels. 

Please note - During sale times, this time frame may be longer however we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.  

  • Flat Rate shipping of $9.95 Australia Wide. All products are in stock ready to make there way to you, unless otherwise specified in the description. 
  • Express postage will be $14.95 Australia wide. If you would like your order to be sent out urgently, please do choose express postage at checkout. But we cannot guarantee anything! We will do our best! We do not express bulky items.


    We are able to ship any where around the world but please respect that international shipping is EXPENSIVE! We only charge what the postal service charges us. If you would like a shipping cost or have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us!

    BULKY ITEM - Additional Shipping

    Products listed as a bulky item will incur additional shipping which is determined by a combination of the parcel weight, size and your location. Please proceed to checkout as normal, we will contact you to advise the cost of shipping and will invoice you.

     PRE-ORDER  - Should you order a *Pre Order* Item, your order will be sent all together, should you require a second delivery, please contact us so that can be arranged. Shipping Fee's will apply or place separate orders to avoid any disappointment.

    Local pickup is available from Cowra NSW. Please select this when placing your order.

    Returns are not available for change of mind so please choose carefully. In extenuating circumstances if a refund is authorised, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or pre-orders. If your order was processed using Paypal, AfterPay or Shopify Pay and you would like a refund, a small merchant fee will be deducted from this refund.
    We are however happy to offer an exchange or a store credit. You will be required to return the item to us within 7 days, in original condition, at your own cost. 
    We want your online shopping experience to be as easy and problem free as possible. We value the time you have spent on our website and want you to feel confident in the purchasing process. 
    In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us on email within 7 days of receipt of goods.
